NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not improve your chance of winning. Leapday Contest is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older. Employees of the Sponsors, Techtronic Industries Power Equipment, ("TIPE") and The Home Depot U.S.A., Inc., and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Bloggers that have previously worked with Sponsor over the past three (3) years are not eligible to enter. Leap Day Contest entry period starts at 12:01 a.m. EST, Wednesday, February 03 2016 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on Monday, February 29 2016. 

To be eligible for the Leap Day Contest, entries must be submitted before midnight EST on Monday February 29, 2016. All entries must be received during the Leap Day Contest entry period to be eligible for consideration. To enter, you must a) complete all fields on the entry form located on the Woobox contest entry page, (b) follow the directions of the respective Leap Day Contest as outlined on the STOK website, (c) sign up for STOK emails. The criteria used to select the winners will One at random using the Woobox system.

(4) winners will be selected on or about Monday February 29th, 2016. Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to announce the winner(s) during or near the week following the Leap Day Contest. The contest winner(s) will receive a Quattro Grill.

The winner will be required to provide full name and street address. Winners are not entitled to exchange, transfer the prize or obtain a cash substitute. Prize includes shipping and handling. All applicable taxes, including all federal, state, local and other taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. If any winner cannot be contacted within three (3) days of first notification attempt, by phone or email, if any winner rejects his/her prize, or in the event of noncompliance with these Leap Day Contest rules and requirements, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from all remaining eligible entries. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. Limit one prize per person or household. Sponsor is located at 1428 Pearman Dairy Road, Anderson, SC 29625. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Leap Day contest at any time in its sole discretion. 

By entering the Leap Day Contest, entrants agree to be bound by Leap Day Contest rules and by decisions of judges, which are final as to all Leap Day Contest related matters. In addition, by participating in this Leap Day Contest and accepting any prize that may be won, entrants agree to release the Sponsor, its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliated and successor companies, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers, and the officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees of each (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Leap Day Contest and/or acceptance or use of the prize. Entrants also authorize the Released Parties to use their name, voice, likeness, biographical data and city and state of residence in programming or promotional material or on a winners list (if applicable) without further compensation unless prohibited by law. These official rules and the interpretation of its terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The parties irrevocably submit and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in or closest to the County of New York in the State of New York. The parties agree not to raise the defense of forum non conveniens.

Sponsor is not responsible for failed, partial or garbled electronic transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. If for any reason the Leap Day Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Leap Day Contest, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Leap Day Contest. Sponsor shall not be liable for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or electronic entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web-site. In the event of a dispute over an electronic entry, prize will be awarded to the owner of the Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook account, not the name provided in the affidavit of eligibility.
